Plastic injection is an innovative technology present on extremely competitive and highly regulated markets, such as life sciences, automotive, optics, cosmetics and aeronautical industries.
In order to meet the needs of new markets, CVA Plastic works with cutting-edge technology to develop innovative processes. The quality of our work is evidenced by the official approval of our Private Research Centre by the French Ministry for Research.

We use:

• Thin Wall Molding: used for production of very thin wall, used in electronics, tubes, vessels and test apparatuses
• Gas-assisted Injection Molding: used for keeping the part from deforming during the cooling stage
• 3D Printing: used in prototyping an injection molded part before production
