CVA Plastic offers its customers different levels of maintenance.
The first level corresponds to maintenance after each production cycle. Injection molding, carried out by melting thermoplastic granules and injecting them in viscous form at high pressure, causes gases that can alter the proper functioning of the tooling and degrade the quality of the parts produced. It is therefore necessary to carry out a complete cleaning maintenance and to check each element of the tooling before the next production cycle.
